Customer Support ConsultantBased in Birmingham City Centre one of our current clients is a leading provider of IT equipment and software. They have a multi million pound turnover and have been established for many years. They now have a need for a Customer Support Consultant to liaise with current customers. Basically the role involves actively monitoring customers usage of a service they have already agreed to use, by monitoring how customer’s use the service you will be able to suggest improvements and give insights into market intelligence. Some customers, even though they have paid to use the service, may not use the service as regular as they could and so it will be your job to phone and find out what issues, they have, any training needs, reminding them of benefits of using the system etc. Ideally you will come from a customer service background where you have to proactively phone customers i.e not wait for the customer to phone you, preferably with a technical or software bias. You must be comfortable talking to customers on the phone.Salary: £18000 - £19000 Location: Birmingham |

The role is mainly internally based with some face to face dealings with customers on show arounds etc. You need to be able to sell over the phone, be confident making new business calls and have a proactive and enthusiastic attitude. Business Development ExecutiveRole & Requirements Responsible for sales of a wide range of IT products and services in to all industries. Identifying new opportunities will be a key area of this role as this is a proactive new business telesales based role. You will however have full sales cycle and account management responsibilities and enjoy managing and developing your own clients.
